Attorney Lawrence C. Hersh, Esq. has over 20 years of legal experience as a lawyer.  Mr. Hersh practices law in New Jersey and New York, and is also admitted in California and Illinois.  In addition to his law degree, he also has a graduate degree in computer science and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  The firm’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation, with a focus on business, intellectual property, construction, insurance, consumer and other areas of dispute. We represent clients in federal, state and municipal courts.  Additionally, we represent out-of-state clients and attorneys in need of local counsel in New Jersey or New York.

Civil Litigation practice is geared to both businesses and individuals.  For our business clients, we provide litigation services in breach of contract actions, construction issues and general business disputes.  We also provide aggressive representation for people involved in disputes with their insurance companies.  We have experience representing clients on consumer fraud cases and personal injury and automobile accident claims.

We assist clients with issues involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing agreements and internet related issues. Our services include searches, registration, and litigation related to these areas, including prosecution and defense of infringement claims.

Our Consumer Protection practice provides assistance in the areas of consumer fraud, lemon law, and debtor’s rights.

Our Appellate Practice focuses on handling appeals in both the federal and state courts. Our Municipal Court Practice focuses on traffic and criminal matters in the municipal courts
